JPC IT Solutions is looking for a Social Media Manager that will oversee the social media and advertising platforms. This is a part-time position, possibly leading to full-time, depending on the success of this position. The ideal candidate must be versed in content design, direct email marketing, and all social networking platforms. Candidate should have experience with current marketing tools and trends, along with strategies that would allow for the company profile to be recognized in our serviceable markets. In addition, the candidate must possess the ability to work with the team in order to execute all final marketing decisions. This will help present a consistent message to our target audience and create a framework for generating leads for the sales team.

As a Social Media Manager you must conduct yourself with a superior level of integrity. You must be a good communicator within the written and verbal communication skill set. Above all, you must be positive, extremely motivated, and driven to be successful.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all social media posts, including direct email and digital marketing.
  • Implement automated marketing solutions (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the team on our content marketing strategy.
  • Create sales materials, including sales information sheets, whitepapers, and infographics (templates provided via partner portals).
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing activities to management.
  • Collaborate with an external team to create website content.
  • Collaborate with our vendor marketing partners.
  • Verify the online reputation - cultivation of leads and sales


  • Associate's Degree; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior marketing position is a plus, but not required. (Excellent position for a recent graduate)
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
  • Familiar with basic elements of website design and management (i.e. landing pages, website analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar platform) is a plus.
  • Experience in the creative/artistic design process.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Experience with (SEO) Search Engine Optimization rules.
